D-Shopp Vendor Policy & ConditionsApplies to: All registered vendors using the D-Shopp Vendor App, Vendor Dashboard, and related D-Shopp services.
By registering, listing products, accepting orders, or otherwise using the D-Shopp vendor platform, vendors agree to comply with the following policies and conditions.
1. Account Registration & Access
Vendors must provide accurate and current business, identity, contact, payout, and other required information during registration.
Only the registered business owner or properly authorized personnel may access and manage a vendor account.
Vendors are responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials and for activity performed through their accounts.
D-Shopp reserves the right to verify vendor information and to restrict, suspend, or decline accounts containing false, misleading, incomplete, or unverifiable information.
2. Product Listings
Vendors must provide accurate product information, including appropriate titles, descriptions, images, prices, inventory, variations, sizes, colors, conditions, and other applicable product details.
Listings must not contain or promote:
Counterfeit or unauthorized products.
Illegal, prohibited, or restricted items.
Misleading product information.
False pricing or deceptive discounts.
Images or descriptions that materially misrepresent the product being sold.
Vendors are responsible for ensuring that their products comply with applicable laws, regulations, and D-Shopp marketplace requirements.
3. Media Content
Vendors may upload product images, promotional content, and supported promotional videos through D-Shopp.
All uploaded media must be appropriate for the marketplace and must not violate copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other intellectual-property rights.
Vendors must have the necessary rights or permission to use uploaded content.
D-Shopp may remove media that is misleading, inappropriate, unlawful, infringing, or otherwise violates platform policies.
4. Pricing, Coupons & Promotions
Vendors are responsible for establishing accurate product prices and authorized promotional offers.
Where supported by the platform, vendors may create:
Product discounts.
Promotional pricing.
Percentage-based coupons.
Fixed-value coupons.
Category or product-specific offers.
Promotional terms, minimum purchase requirements, expiration dates, and other conditions must be clearly stated.
Once a valid customer order is placed under an active promotion, the vendor must honor the applicable promotional price or coupon unless the transaction is determined to involve fraud, abuse, or a technical error requiring D-Shopp review.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Vendors are responsible for preparing and fulfilling orders accurately and on time.
Shipping and delivery options displayed to customers are determined according to product eligibility, vendor configuration, customer location, vendor operating hours, and D-Shopp delivery rules.
Where applicable, a product may support Same-Day Delivery through DPdrop together with an eligible nationwide shipping option offered through D-Shopp.
Vendors must not advertise a delivery option that is unavailable or attempt to bypass the delivery method selected through the D-Shopp platform.
5.1 Same-Day Delivery — DPdrop
D-Shopp Same-Day Delivery is provided through DPdrop for eligible orders within the D-Shopp Same-Day service area.
The current Same-Day service model generally supports eligible customers located within approximately a 20-mile service radius, subject to product eligibility, vendor availability, operational conditions, and D-Shopp system rules.
Same-Day availability is controlled by the D-Shopp system and must not be manually promised by vendors when the option is not available to the customer.
Vendor Business Hours
Vendor operating hours are an important part of Same-Day Delivery eligibility.
Vendors must maintain accurate opening and closing hours in their D-Shopp account.
When a vendor is open and Same-Day Delivery is available, eligible orders may proceed through the normal preparation and DPdrop pickup process.
When the vendor is closed, an eligible order may be placed into Stand-By status rather than immediately requesting a DPdrop driver.
At the vendor's next opening period, the Stand-By order may automatically return to the active fulfillment process according to D-Shopp system rules.
Vendors must not manipulate their operating hours to intentionally avoid, delay, or improperly redirect valid customer orders.
Same-Day Order Preparation
Once an order enters active fulfillment, vendors must begin preparation promptly.
An order must not be marked Ready for Pickup until:
All ordered items are available.
The order has been checked for accuracy.
Items have been properly packaged.
Required order identification or labels have been attached.
The package is ready for immediate handoff to the assigned DPdrop driver.
Once an order is marked Ready for Pickup, the vendor should not require the driver to wait while the order is being prepared.
DPdrop Driver Handoff
Vendors must provide the correct package to the authorized DPdrop driver shown through the D-Shopp/DPdrop system.
Vendors must follow the applicable in-app pickup and handoff procedure.
When multiple eligible orders are being collected from the same vendor, the vendor must cooperate with the pickup flow and provide all orders shown as ready for that authorized pickup.
A vendor must never knowingly provide an order to an unauthorized person.
6. Stand-By Order & Packaging Policy
The Stand-By status is different from Ready for Pickup.
Stand-By Orders
A Stand-By order generally indicates that an order is waiting for the appropriate fulfillment period, such as when a vendor is outside its configured operating hours.
A Stand-By order does not mean that a DPdrop driver is currently waiting for the package.
When the vendor opens and the order becomes eligible for active fulfillment, the vendor must process the order promptly.
Ready for Pickup
Vendors must only mark an order Ready for Pickup when the package is completely prepared for immediate driver handoff.
Once marked Ready for Pickup:
Packaging must be complete.
Products must be verified.
The correct order must be labeled or otherwise identifiable.
No additional preparation should be required when the driver arrives.
Packaging Requirements
All orders must be packaged appropriately according to the type of product being shipped or delivered.
Packaging must reasonably protect products from:
Damage.
Contamination.
Leakage.
Tampering.
Loss during transportation.
Where applicable, packaging must also comply with safety, hygiene, food-handling, hazardous-material, or other legal requirements relevant to the product.
DPdrop drivers are responsible for transportation and delivery. Drivers are not responsible for completing vendor packaging or preparing merchandise.
Repeated vendor-caused pickup delays may be recorded by D-Shopp and may affect vendor account standing.
7. Location, Schedule & Inventory Accuracy
Vendors must maintain accurate:
Store or pickup locations.
Business operating hours.
Product inventory.
Product availability.
Fulfillment information.
Inventory displayed as available should reasonably reflect actual stock.
If an item becomes unavailable, the vendor must update the product promptly to reduce cancellations and customer inconvenience.
Accurate vendor location and operating hours are especially important because D-Shopp may use this information to determine Same-Day Delivery availability, nearby customer eligibility, pickup routing, and delivery estimates.
8. Payments & Payouts
Customer transactions are processed through payment methods supported by D-Shopp.
Vendor payouts are issued according to the vendor's applicable payout schedule, account standing, transaction status, refund status, and D-Shopp vendor agreement.
Applicable platform commissions, transaction adjustments, refunds, chargebacks, or other authorized fees may be deducted before payout.
Vendors are responsible for maintaining accurate payout information.
D-Shopp may temporarily hold or review payouts where reasonably necessary to investigate suspected fraud, disputes, refunds, chargebacks, account verification issues, or policy violations.
9. Customer Communication
Vendors must communicate with customers professionally through approved D-Shopp communication channels.
Vendors should respond to customer inquiries within a reasonable period and should make reasonable efforts to respond within 24 hours when a response is required.
The following behavior is prohibited:
Threatening or abusive communication.
Harassment.
Discriminatory conduct.
Attempts to improperly move transactions outside D-Shopp.
Requests intended to bypass D-Shopp payment, order, refund, or delivery systems.
Order-related disputes should be handled through D-Shopp's available dispute or customer-support process.
10. Customer Data, Privacy & Security
Customer information provided to a vendor may only be used when reasonably necessary to fulfill the customer's D-Shopp transaction.
Vendors must not:
Sell customer information.
Share customer information without authorization.
Use customer information for unrelated purposes.
Store customer information insecurely.
Use customer delivery information to contact customers outside legitimate order-related purposes without authorization.
Vendors must comply with applicable privacy requirements and D-Shopp's Privacy Policy.
11. Order Cancellations, Refunds & Returns
Vendors must follow the cancellation, refund, and return procedures established by D-Shopp.
Vendors must not independently instruct customers to bypass the D-Shopp return or refund process.
Where a return is authorized, the applicable D-Shopp return workflow must be followed before a refund is considered complete.
D-Shopp may review disputes involving:
Missing products.
Incorrect products.
Damaged products.
Misrepresented products.
Vendor fulfillment failures.
Delivery-related claims.
Suspected fraudulent transactions.
The outcome of a dispute may result in a full refund, partial refund, vendor payout adjustment, order cancellation, or other appropriate action permitted by D-Shopp's applicable policies.
12. Vendor Performance & Delivery Compliance
D-Shopp may monitor vendor performance to maintain marketplace and delivery quality.
Performance considerations may include:
Order preparation delays.
Excessive cancellations.
Incorrect inventory.
Missing items.
Incorrect orders.
Repeated DPdrop pickup delays.
Customer complaints.
Policy violations.
Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
An isolated operational problem may be reviewed differently from repeated or intentional violations.
Depending on the nature and frequency of the issue, D-Shopp may provide warnings, temporarily restrict functionality, suspend the account, or take other appropriate enforcement action.
13. Violations & Account Termination
Violations of D-Shopp policies may result in actions including:
Product removal.
Listing restrictions.
Account warnings.
Temporary account suspension.
Payout review or hold where permitted.
Permanent removal from the D-Shopp vendor network.
Referral to appropriate authorities or legal action in cases involving fraud, illegal activity, or other serious misconduct.
The action taken may depend on the severity, frequency, and circumstances of the violation.
D-Shopp reserves the right to update its policies as the marketplace, delivery network, technology, or applicable requirements evolve.
Where appropriate, vendors will be notified of material policy changes through the Vendor App, dashboard, email, or another official D-Shopp communication channel.
14. Acceptance of Terms
By creating or maintaining a D-Shopp vendor account, logging into the D-Shopp Vendor App or Vendor Dashboard, publishing products, accepting orders, or otherwise using D-Shopp vendor services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Vendor Policy & Conditions and agree to comply with them.
Continued use of D-Shopp vendor services following an applicable policy update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms, subject to any additional consent requirements required by applicable law.
